Subject Performance Report

Traffic Light

The Subject Performance Report (SPR) is a bi-annual scorecard which reports on the performance of UTS subjects. It aims to improve subject quality by enhancing the University's use of subject performance data. The SPR will also assist the University in its academic profile planning.

SPR indicators

The SPR is based on an agreed set of performance indicators and minimum standards, linked to the university KPIs. The indicators are:

  • student load
  • student pass rate
  • distribution of grades
  • timetabled hours/EFTSL
  • results for each question in the Student Feedback Survey (SFS)

Data used in compiling the SPR are sourced from the Business Intelligence Portal.

SPR - Senior Executive Sponsorship

Senior Executive sponsorship of the SPR rests with the DVC (Teaching, Learning & Equity).
