History of the SSS

The Student Satisfaction Survey debuted in 1994.  As part of its quality enhancement strategy, UTS requested the participation of all coursework students in the biannual survey.

In 2005, the University reviewed and redeveloped the SSS to align more closely to the UTS Strategic Plan as well as provide information for the production of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Since 2005 onwards the SSS has been administered annually.
