Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS)

The Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) has been administered to all coursework students since 1994 and annually since 2005.  Data from the survey is used for the production of two Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

Thanks to everyone who took part in the SSS in 2014. We received over 2,300 responses.

Survey Content

The Student Satisfaction Survey consists of 102 multiple-choice items spread across 6 core sections as well as 8 items in an additional section:

  • B: UTS Support Services
  • C: Learning Environment
  • D: Academic Learning Support
  • E: Campus Experience 
  • F: Students' Association
  • Topical Issues: UTS City Campus Master Plan
