Tracking Performance

UTS is committed to a performance management culture which involves:

  • setting clear goals
  • using results-oriented measures to chart progress towards the goals
  • monitoring and reporting on the results achieved, and
  • using this feedback to continuously improve the outcomes and the processes for achieving them.

UTS uses several mechanisms to track organisational performance.
