Tracking Performance
UTS is committed to a performance management culture which involves:
- setting clear goals
- using results-oriented measures to chart progress towards the goals
- monitoring and reporting on the results achieved, and
- using this feedback to continuously improve the outcomes and the processes for achieving them.
UTS uses several mechanisms to track organisational performance.
PQU coordinates three of these on behalf of the University and the faculties:
