The aim of this Program is to deliver integrated business processes through a single platform, thereby taking the university's performance management capability to the next level. Performance data from internal sources, including Curriculum and Student System (CASS), Facilities Management Unit (FMU), Research & Innovation Office (RIO), Financial Services Unit (FSU) and Human Resources Unit (HRU) will be integrated. There are also a number of external data sources (from DEST, ATN (Australian Technology Network), Graduate Careers Australia (GCA) and UAC (University Admission Centre)) used for benchmarking and as inputs into the performance management business processes.

The proposed solution will allow UTS to develop new KPI's working across the organisation utilising the strength of our existing performance management capabilities and provide innovative metrics to enhance decision making
