Unit Operations Team

The Unit Operations Team administers UTS surveys and supports the PQU's daily operations. On top of these core services the team manages various UTS projects.

Services

Unit Operations Team survey services include administering and reporting on student surveys that:

• improve the quality of teaching and learning in each faculty, such as the Student Feedback Survey, and the Feedback on Teaching Survey, and
• enhance students' experience, such as the Student Image Survey, the Student Satisfaction Survey and the Research Student Satisfaction Survey.
• Surveys of graduates (GDS/CEQ, PREQ)

Unit Operations Team support services include:

• providing support for the Director and team leaders, and
• running the unit's administrative systems.
