- University management understand the University's current performance and make decisions regarding the university's future direction, and
- Government agencies by meeting our reporting requirements.
To help us help you, we ask that you:
- Familiarise yourself with the unit's services and products and the university's Planning and Quality Management Framework and relevant operational directives and procedures
- Provide us with feedback on how we can improve our services to you.
In 2006 the Planning and Quality Unit conducted a series of Strategic Lunch Conversations with a wide range of staff in the University. This series was very well attended and the Strategic Lunch Conversations document captures some of the many themes which emerged from these conversations. The Planning and Quality Unit will continue to develop and use this information in reviewing and developing our planning and processes for 2007 - 2008.
