The Planning and Quality Unit (PQU) exists to help implement beneficial and systematic planning and improvement processes throughout the university.
Our services and products aim to help:
- Students improve the quality of their courses by collecting their feedback
- University staff improve the student experience
- University management understand the University's current performance and make decisions regarding the university's future direction, and
- Government agencies by meeting our reporting requirements

PQU is part of the Office of the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor.
